Morgan is from Colchester in the UK and has lived in the Netherlands since 2007. As well as having a successful corporate career, Morgan has put his football knowledge to good use to coach football on the weekends and to spread his love of the game. He holds a UEFA coaching qualification, a BSc Sport Science Hons. degree as well as extra certification from the Football Association.

Antonio Castro hails from Costa Rica and also brings pura vida and South American style to ICFA. He holds a Masters degree in Sports Science. The two partners are joined by carefully selected English-speaking guest coaches from within The Netherlands, some of who are also expats but ALL of who are chosen for their ability to engage with our players.

In addition, our coaches are assisted for the first time in 2026, by U19 youth assistant coaches who begun their football careers in our program. We’re very proud to have these trainers join us and show their skills to the new players.
